Kenneth C. Nelson

(President And Founder)

With more than 40 years in the oil and gas industry, Mr. Nelson holds a Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering. Previous positions include Production Engineer and Reservoir Engineer with various companies and Exploration Manager at Patterson Petroleum for 25 years before forming his own company, CML Exploration, LLC in 2007.

Donna Hartman

(Secretary And Chief Financial Officer)

Ms. Hartman joined CML in 2007 after working with Mr. Nelson at Patterson Petroleum where she was Controller. Ms. Hartman has more than 24 years of oil and gas accounting and management experience. She holds a BBA in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Phil Buch

(Exploration Manager)

Mr. Buch began his career with Mobil Oil in 1984 as a geologist in the Alaska Division after receiving a Master of Science in Geological Sciences. He owned a consulting and prospect generation business from 1990 until 1996 specializing in the Permian Basin. Mr. Buch joined Mr. Nelson at Patterson Petroleum in 1997 and has been with CML since its inception. He has been responsible for developing numerous successful drilling prospects in the Permian Basin, South Texas, and the Texas Gulf Coast using 2D and 3D seismic data.
